I bought one of those Alpinestar Atem white and black leather jacket. Its more a race cut jacket with all the armour and it still looks brand new. I use that Motul leather gear conditioner that they threw in at the bike shop. It cleans the white right up and conditions the leather and only take 2 or 3 minutes to give the jacket a good clean.

It has the zip in for a two piece suit but i prefer a one piece suit when riding at the track, two piece jacket and pants feel weird, like your pants are falling down and you can't adjust it. If anything it just distracts me on the track.

How's the flexibility, movement, and the air flow after adding the stryker back protector? I don't know if I want to get stryker or the D3O back insert for my overlord.

Just got the jacket today and wrnt out riding in it…. One thing i will say is the leather is very stiff and needs to get broken in…. was your jacket stiff around the neck as well?

I have this jacket. It does get dirty eventually and the white will scruff off in some area. Can't even clean some of the stains off. Nothing that big of a deal though. The plastic protection on the shoulders and elbows will get dirty quick and you can't clean it. This goes for any other white leather jacket though as my Atem Alpinestars gets dirty the same way. Over all, still a very nice urban jacket and very comfortable

I have two white Dainese jackets. One is perf (D. racing jacket), the other is not (D. Super speed). Obviously I use the perf more down here in Tx. And it even holds up against air fine at 50 degrees. Good luck to you but when I use it, it usually gets covered in red or yellow blood splatter from mosquitoes and other insects. Pretty sure it only took like 2 months or so to make it look pretty worn out. I use the other Dainese super speed jacket less often do to the hump and low perf, but I've still used it enough in the 40degrees weather and still looks new. Guess it depends on your riding and what kind of riding. I definitely like the way my vintage and black jackets hold up and still look new through the abuse I put them through.
